UMP Single sign on

Hi All,

We are looking for single sign of UMP, the requirement is like this

In our environment , Servicenow is the only console exposed to customer.So by enabling SSO with the servicenow console customer should be able to access the UMP reports when they login to sN with their credentials.

I had gone through the below document.It is mentioned that we should have A SAML 2.0 Identity Provider (Issuer) such as CA SiteMinder r12.51  should be installed

Can we use our choice of IDP , we are having GLUU server in our environment, can we that ?

Good morning,
Yes in theory and IDP that fully supports SAML 2.0 should be able to be used.
However, support nor DEV will be able to provide much help in troubleshooting the configuration as none have experience with GLUU.
I know that both Siteminder and MS ADSF have been used without issues as an IDP.
