  • 1.  VMware probe-Profile is in failure state

    Hi All,

    Even though the credentials are working properly , the profile always in failure state.I am able to login to the vcenter console with the same credentials as well.

    From IM, the profile always shows as its loading.

    Please help me with this issue.

    I would set the probe loglevel to 5 and logsize to 75000 and restart the robot service than test again and check the logs for error

    Thank you.I have checked the logs and tried the workaround methods in all the articles related to the error.But could not find any solution.

    Attached the logs for your reference.

    Had something similar recently. Resolved it by taking a backup of /nimsoft/probes/.../vmware/vmware.cfg. Then deleted the probe in IM, deleted any files that were left in /nimsoft/probes/.../vmware/

    Redeployed the vmware probe from the archive. Restored the vmware.cfg file.
