  • 1.  SLA and QOS Calculation profile

    Hi,

I have created one SLO with three QOS. Each QOS can have values between 0 and 100. These values represent the availability of three different applications. These QOS have Average as Calculation Method.
With this setting, when the average of all values of each QOS are equal or greater than 95 the availability y 100% if not is 0%.
I need take the value of the average o each QOS and not only 100% or 0%.
Is there a way to do that.
I need availability of each QOS to be the average and not a predefined value as the documentation says.

    Thanks for your help.

I am not following what you are asking.
    Availability is a true-false situation.
At the time of polling either the system IS available IE 100% or it is NOT available IE 0%.
A system can not be 95% available in a single polling period.
Over time, IE multiple QOS polling intervals,  a system can be 95% available...

If I have miss understood your need can you provide more details and examples of what you are looking for?
