    I have a problem with VMware probe, we gave the user all the right privliges and still getting this error:

    Shai,

    Few things you can do:

    - Check network and ports success connectivity (telnet from robot where vmware probe is deployed to the requested vCenter); Check in vCenter config which ports are set:



    - Check and confirm the user is able to connect to Vcenter (Connect with requested account via web browser.
    - Check also: https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/external/article?articleId=35071
    - Set probe log level higher and review. VMware probe log should also contain details where is failing.
