Minimum Permission required for Agent installation

Hey all ,

Please help me with below info:

1. Can we install nimsoft(dx-im) agent without sudo user on linux/AIX servers ?
2. Can we install agent on windows without local admin account?
3. Any other method to handle the permission issues on the folders where there is no execute permission
