  • 1.  Metrics not working

    Hello Guys,​I installed a new hub and also added a host to the hub to monitor.
    With CDM probe installed on both the hub and the host under it, I am not seeing any metrics at all.
    Where can I check if something is wrong?

    Did you define a GET queue on your primary hub to get the qos metrics from your new hub?

    You can monitor the qos metrics and alarm flow by selecting your new hub via IM config and select the status tab.  There you can see if you have queues that have queued values > 0 and are not having a value in "sent"
