Docker Probe v1.47 (docker_monitor)

    Hi All,

I'm trying to monitor my docker environment and just realized that there was some removed support for the following items:

    • Memory: usage (hits), swap, and usage limits

    • Synchronous and Asynchronous Disk: request time, wait time, access time, and sector count

    • Disk requests: queued and BIOS count
    • Disk containers: actual and virtual size

    Document Link

My problem is when I tried to monitor, "Docker Network IO", I'm getting errors similar to those items that have been removed since v1.45, specifically Disk.

My question is, have Network for the containers also removed from monitoring?

I don't see anything for QOS_DOCKER_NETWORK_IO at the metrics page.

You can roll back to your prior revision of the probe and try that out. If you don't have an older version, open a support case and it will be provided.

I reverted using the Admin Console to configure the docker probe, instead of the IM console.  This solves my problem of what metrics can be monitored.  It seems that the AC console is more updated?, not sure.

    Hi,

The probe can be configured only through Admin Console as suggested below:
