We have maintence window for some servers but UIM creating alarms & ticket in ticketing tool.
alarms are specifically from net_connect service/port monitoring.
Anyone faced same issue, please let me know.
maintenance schedules are working off the device ID, and possibly based on the net_connect configuration maybe the alarm suppression is happening for the wrong system.

Alarm Identification method: allows you to select a target that is included in the alarm message. The probe also uses this value as the source in the alarm message.

Problem was related to NAS, It was not processing alarms as expected.
reconfiguration of local nas helped, could not find exact issue.
