    Hello,

     

    secondary server is unable to connect with primary server , what issue can be happen , please guide me plzzz

    A good first step is to remote into the system hosting the upstream hub and then try to telnet into the downstream hub via port 48002, unless a tunnel is used in which case it is 48003. If that works remote into the downstream hub and see if it works the other direction. If both work then check the hub and controller logs at both systems.

    You can try to define a "static hub" in the "name services" tab of the hub config. (probably the hub discovery did not find the other hub)

    If there is still a problem, If both work then check the hub and controller logs at both systems, set for log level 3.
