  • 1.  NFA Time Error

    Hi,

     

    We sucessfully installed NFA 9.3.7 without facing any error during installation.

     

    • One error we are facing right now is that when we logged in NFA console>Administration Tab>System Status, when we click on Harvester, it’s Time column showing wrong time in GMT, it’s showing 6 hour earlier time from now, PFA below screen for your reference.

     

    For this issue

    We discussed this error with CA Chat support and they suggest that Go to System>Application setting> change the Default Time Zone, we change it in UTC, Asia/Calcutta, or with many others accordingly, but there is no change showing in Time column, it’s showing 6 hour earlier time from now since it was.

     

     

    Kindly suggest do needful.

    I would recommend you to open a CA support ticket for further investigation.

    Provided solution in chat last week:

     

    You just need to change your user's time zone if you want to display a different time zone.

    Go to "Administration->Users"
    Check your user you use to log in and click "Edit"
    Then change the time zone from "GMT" to your correct time zone
