  • 1.  AD_SERVER Probe configuration Issues

    Hi Team,

     

    Good day

     

    I configured ad_server probe but data which is populating on the UMP is not giving any sense. There are 3 dashboards which are creating issue

    1. Total Size only 0.00 B is coming

    2. Files again 0.00# is coming and what # means here

    3. File age oldest, value is -1.00s. What does S means here?

    Hi,

     

    Is this data different in the DB? Check in the probe log (level5) to see if these what values are being obtained by the probe, this way you can know if the issue is with the server, probe, or UMP.

    In the log file the value is also coming 0.
