  • 1.  Moving a Monitoring Configuration from one domain to another.

We have two environments that are to duplicate each other, DEV and PROD.  Has any one have a methodology to move a monitoring configuration from one domain to another?  I have used the methodology of moving a configuration from one group to another, but always within a domain.

Thanks for the reply.  This question is specific to Monitoring configurations that are assigned to groups in USM.  I have no problem in moving hubs and/or robots to a new domain.  thanks again

    Hello

Please confirm if MCS config is what you're talking about when you mention "Monitoring configurations that are assigned to groups" ?

    Good afternoon, David.

In the tecdoc TEC000002702 that you posted says that to change a HUB to another domain it is necessary to change the hub.cfg, but does not say which parameters need to be changed.

Can you tell what these parameters are?

I need this procedure to change the hubs I have for a new domain, and consequently the robots that are below those hubs.

    Thank you.
