In UMP, in old style alarm console, you can use "query" to query historical alarms. Just press the blue arrow on the top left corner until you see a "query" button, and from there you can insert your parameters.
In USM alarm view you can select from "actions" to view historical alarms as well. You can't really specify a query there.
In IM you can also view historical alarms in alarm console, just right click and it's there in the context menu. Something like "alarms -> query", can't remember exactly.
Also you can go straight to the DB and query NAS_TRANSACTION_SUMMARY for closed and current alarms. You can query NAS_ALARMS for current alarms.
