You may want to consider upgrading eHealth beyond your current release.
We introduced Oracle 11.x in the 6.3.2.x release, and if you're running Oracle 10 still, it indicates you're running a rather old eHealth release.
The reason I mention this is the fact that you're integrating Spectrum and eHealth, and are upgrading Spectrum to the new 10.x release.
The Spectrum eHealth integration per the compatibility matrix shows the newest supported releases (it may need to be updated) as Spectrum 9.4 supporting integration with eHealth 6.3.x.
I doubt Spectrum 10.x supports releases earlier than 6.3 and using such an old eHealth release, with such a new Spectrum release, may introduce some problems.
Nothing I know of, so you may get lucky and it may all work fine. But if you start seeing strange seemingly unresolvable problems with the integration, I would consider an eHealth upgrade to the latest 6.3.2.x release.
