No data transfer times for an application

So here is what I'm seeing, I can see NRTT and but where is the Data Transfer Time? IS this a ping-pong application or something else?

The Second one is 24 hour capture that does show a bit of Data Transfer Time, but it correlates when there are high re transmissions delays.

I need help analyzing this capture, any help please?

This is between A CRM server a remote site connected via MPLS. My best guess is single packet responses from the server to the client, what the user guide calls ping pong application behavior.

0 observations for SRT means no clear request response behavior. No clear request response behavior could indeed mean ping pong, but a plain old ping pong should see SRT. Since you have no SRT and no DTT but non-zero observations of NRTT, it sounds like some kind of heartbeat (ping only or pong only).
