We are in the phase of integrating Nimsoft with Service-Now. However I just wanted to know the feasibility of this. We dont have a dedicated server for Service-Now. We have a shared instance with the vendor. So in this case is this integration possible? As we do have an option to integrate with just the URL through which we configure. However do we need the details of the server login?
