We are looking to create internal case studies on how customers are using CA UIM and have benefited from it. It would be great if you could give us 30 mins of your time to be part of it. I'd be happy to share a discussion of how I have benefited from UIM. I do have quite a number of issues with the current product to be honest but the fact that it could be a lot better does not trump the fact that there have been benefits.
