5.12 Installer Link

Quick question, was not able to find the link for this using a search so excuse me if this was asked elsewhere. We are running v5.11 and looking to upgrade to 5.61, but it is asking for us to upgrade to 5.12 first. I'm not able to find this download (For windows) link anywhere. Anyone happen to have this information handy?
