Hi Henning,
set the filter to * didn't work for us.
But it was a good hint into the right direction.
After double checking all filters I just cleared the "State" filter and now the entry is shown in the list view.
Even though the instance state is "Blocked", the list view is empty again after applying the filter for "Blocked" processes…
Anyway, with this method we were able to delete the entry.
Many Thanks,
Thomas

Subject: Operations Tab shows a non-existent process instance
Hi Thomas,
we had the same behaviour in an older version.
There were blocked subprocesses that didn't show up in the list.
When we then set the first filter to * they showed up.

Subject: Operations Tab shows a non-existent process instance
Hi,
we have a weird behaviour from the graphical view of the process instances.
The graph from the „Process Instances (All)" view shows a „Blocked" process instance but the instance isn't shown in the list view right below the graph.
The „Process Instances (Tree view)" graph doesn't show anything.
Beyond that we looked into the PAM_RTB and the "c2oworkflows" and "C2ORuntimeObjects" tables are empty.
We are using PA Version: 4.3.03
Any suggestions where this graphical-entry is coming from and how we can remove it?
Thanks and regards,
Thomas
