  • 1.  Unable to see Landscapes in CA Spectrum Oneclick console

    Hi ,

    Recently,I have come across an issue with CA Spectrum oneclick client.
    I am not able to perform following actions in CA Spectrum oneclick console.


    1.Can't find any landscapes in " connection status"
    2.Can't select landscape in discovery console ( Discovery console left pane is shown as red)
    3.Unable to create/modify any global collection due to unavailability of Landscapes and unable to view devices/models under explorer tab as not able to select any landscape for the same.

    I have verified ports required for communication between onclick server and spectro servers.

    Strange thing is Spectrum is working fine (Alarm generation adn SDM integration is working) and the console is showing live alarms and spectroserver universe.

    Can anyone suggest the resolution of this issue?
