  • 1.  Requests stuck in Service Catalog

    Team,

We had some issues with ITPAM/Service Catalog and many requests are stuck in service catalog. Stuck means-

    - Approvers approved requests in catalog- but this action was not passed to ITPAM and the request will stay in approved unless we manually push it to next level/fulfilment
    - ITPAM instances are not attached to requests and the requests will be in submitted state/ pending fulfillment state.

Now, we have like 700- 800 requests that needs to be processed. is there any easy way for processing them all at once?

    Thanks,
    Rajasheker Chittanur

If you run the Test from the Catalog UI's page Administration > Configuration > CA Process Automation does it return success?

There are several possible causes here; I'd recommend raising a support case so engineers can check. However, the most likely solution for getting everything moving again is to clean up the jms-data folder: https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/external/article?articleId=111885
