  • 1.  "Get Email Content" operator - message encoding

    Team,
    I have some encoding problems using "Get Email Content" operator when the message is sent from Outlook - in this case, czech characters are corrupted.

    Message sent from Outlook:

    Exactly the same message sent from GMail.



    Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Seems that the cumulative fix SP05 solved the issue :)

    Hi Jakub 
    if you please can i use ITPAM to work as mail eater to connect to our exchange since for security reason the company disable the IMAP and POP3 
    and mail eater not supporting SMTP  
    i think if you successfully reading the emails we can create ticket from it , or you are using **** connector ?
