use of pam_reporting database

Hello,

what is the need for pam_reporting database? can we drop all the tables from this database or delete data from all the tables?

if not, how can we purge data on this database?

Cannot truncate table 'c2oserviceoperationinstance' because it is being referenced by a FOREIGN KEY constraint.
