    HI ALL
    we have the servers IP setting like below

    SDM Application Servers Vlan1
    Stanby and Background Servers Vlan2
    PAM Servers Vlan3
    Catalog Servers Vlan4

    Senario:
    I opened the required ports 8080 in all servers and enduser vlan.
    Problem
    I am able to login on the enduser desktop but within servers vlans its giving me j_security_check error
    http://10.10.10.10:8080/itpam/j_security_check

    any suggestions.

    Hi,

    Have a look at the file OasisConfig.properties and see what you have at this line:

    oasis.security.activeDirectory.defaultDomain=

    You might need to remove your AD Domain or put a different one in.

     . . . This is just a guess.

    Can you logon to EEM using the pamadmin user/password? I don't see EEM in your list of products there.

    Also any background information please. Was this working and stopped, or a new install. Version. Any known environment changes etc.

    HI
    its a fresh installation with PAM 4.3.04 and SM 17.2.
    EEM is also integrated and I am able to login through PAMADMIN User.
    I am also able to login from the desktops which are out of domain however I am not able to login the other servers and the desktops which are part of the domain.
