We are running PAM 4.3.02 in a W202 R2 server.
There is the need to have PAM reading an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx). We have been able to make this work, however, for an unknown reason, the .VBS which does the taks is not working propery when called by PAM.
All the logic contained in the VBS was inside PAM (most of it). All of a sudden it stopped working. It seems Windows is causing some problem with security.
When the VBS is called from the prompt, it completes the task (reads the .XLSX, checks the format and creates an upload file with the info).
When running the VBS call from inside PAM, it cannot complete the task with an error saying the exce file is already opened (which is not true).
Have any one faced this problem before? Any known issues with this?
