    Hi Community,

    Windows server 2016

    SQL Server 2016

Used for CA Service Management 17.1 (Workflows, Request fulfillment)

communication type : non secure (http) on windows systems.

Number of PAM servers : 2

we don't have F5 load balancer so

    1. which load balancer is preferred NGINX or apache ?
    2. did any one here used "A10" load balancer with Process automation?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Venkat

NGINX is suggested over Apache, as Apache does not support the new simplified commincations between Orchestrators and between Orchestrators and Agents.

You can get details on the configuration of NGINX here:

Configure NGINX Load Balancer - CA Process Automation - 04.3.03 - CA Technologies Documentation
    and in the following KB:

Clustering CA Process Automation with NGiNX for Windows

I believe we have had a couple clients attempt to use A10 without success.

Have explored and configured NGINX web app load balancer. Robust.

Working on configuring https (ssl) with NGINX  please share any case study or real time implemention steps to follow.
