IT PAM Copy operator is failing

Hi,

 

In PAM, copy operator is failing with the below error,

 

"cannot create process as user svc-ServiceCatalog - Access is denied."

 

But our generic account svc-ServiceCatalog is having access to the source and destination paths. Can someone help us in fixing this problem.

 

We have 4 servers in cluster and PAM version is: 4.2 SP2 HF01

The first thing to look at is the EEM permissions for the svc-ServiceCatalog account in the Process Automation application. Normally this user is part of the PAMAdmins group which gives it full access in PAM. If it is a member of a different group you need to look at the policies for that group. You may need to use a user that is part of the PAMAdmins group to do this, depending on your EEM Policies.

Thanks for the suggestion Andy. I have verified and our service account svc-ServiceCatalog is having PAMAdmins access in EEM.

Also, we have observed that it is failing 3 times and is successful once. Not sure why it is behaving this way...
