Mail Trigger - Multiple Processes

Hello Community,

 

I have a mail trigger in my PAM environment that is triggered when receives an email from SDM with some parameters on it.... As you know in the definition of the mail trigger you specify which process is going to be started..

 

But my question is, can i define more than one process in the mail trigger definition based on the content of the email?

Jason, you cannot trigger more than one process from any specific trigger.   If you will get emails that require launching different processes, write that initial process to be a gateway process that checks the email to determine what the appropriate action should be and have it launch the appropriate process.
