Which file(config) contains the DB information in CDD?

Which file contains the DB information for CDD.

This can be found from the UI settings, but I want to know which files on the installation directory contains these details?

Hi,

 

   This is the default location for the CDD configuration file c:\.cdd\conf\settings.properties and contains the DB settings. Let me know if you need anything else.

Can you please share the similar location for Linux?

I deployed the CDD war files on tomcat

/tomcat8/webapps/

Hi,

   During the installation you would have been prompted to enter the home folder location for CDD.

 

1. The following screen capture shows the product Web Installer welcome message:
   

2. The following paths are for the default Home folders:
   • Windows: .cdd 
     Note: The path is the folder of the user that Apache Tomcat runs with.
     Example: C:\Users\Administrator\.cdd
   • Linux: root/.cdd

Indeed, it was present in the tomcat user folder.
