Release Date of V12.3 delayed until 12th July

Dear Customers,
We have decided to delay the V12.3 release by two weeks so we can ensure that we have met all of our release objectives and are able to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
The new release date will be 12th July 2019.

Yes it is delayed until 19th - we found something in the last week that we weren't happy with
