  • 1.  No Data in Analytics Dashboard

    Hi,

    We have api portal 4.2.9.3. 
    All the docker services are up.

    We created a portal published api and checked analytics dashboard. It shows No data..

    We checked the jarvis container log.
    It shows:

    ERROR [pool-7-thread-2] Worker:406 - [Instance: 7ebf39a7-dc8e-42af-9c5d-1f88ea556003][Thread: pool-7-thread-2] Failed to send document back to kafka:org.I0Itec.zkclient.exception.ZkTimeoutException: Unable to connect to zookeeper server 'zookeeper1:2181' with timeout of 8000 ms

    I raised support case, they replied with KB , asking to update DNS. I do not know how DNS is going to help with container communication.
    Anyways I tried, didn't help, tried reinstalling portal. Same issue.

    Has anyone encountered this?

    Its an offline installation of portal 4.2.9.3. Did fresh installation of 4.2.9.3 from scratch
