Azure Configure networking settings for DHCP

    I am running a Proof of Concept with the MS Azure deployment for the API Gateway v10.

    I have the Virtual Machine created within my Azure Subscription without any troubles.  

    I am struggling with the Networking details that I will need to provide to the Gateway (option 1) Configure Networking and system time settings.

    DHCP Host-Name: <host name of the DHCP server>  (HOW do I find this information within Azure subscription???)
    Enter fully qualified hostname of the DHCP server (Same question...how do I find this information)

    Thanks in advance for any guidance.
