oauth warning message

Hi 
We installed gateway 9.3 + otk4.2 on openshift.
The following WARNING message appears in the gateway start log.

2019-07-03T10:22:33.318+0900 WARNING 144 com.l7tech.server.service.ServiceCache: 3209: "oauth/manager/tokens" service (#e001cfd0c1c1ffaa18e187b5e72fea0c) will be disabled; it has an unsupported policy format
2019-07-03T10:22:33.318+0900 WARNING 144 com.l7tech.server.service.ServiceCache: 3209: "oauth/manager" service (#e001cfd0c1c1ffaa18e187b5e72fea4e) will be disabled; it has an unsupported policy format

I believe in this case it would be helpful to open a support case so that we can get copies of the policies mentioned in your logs with that warning message, etc.
