    Hi Team,

    Can some please explain the below and solution to the below:

    • If the time on the API Portal and tenant Gateway is not synchronized, API Portal administrators might be unable to enroll an external tenant Gateway. (DE268541)

    API Portal Version: 4.2
    API Gateway Version : 9.4

    NOTE: My API Gateway is on cloud in AMERICA and API Portal is in EUROPE ON Premise so i am unable to enroll the Gateway.

    From where i can get the solution for DE268541

    Hi.

    you need to sincronize the date-time in the servers.
    To ensure the server has the same date time, try to check both servers with the same timezone as reference.
    For example:  type TZ=UTC date on bash of both servers to see the current date using UTC as selected timezone. they should be the same (or very close).

    I'm not sure if timezone needs to be the same in both server but it shouldn't.
