LDAP Authentication failed

Hello All,

We have configured Gateway v10 with LDAP, when I do the test from LDAP window it passes. But when trying to login into policy manager with LDAP username & password, getting Invalid Username/Password.

In ssg_logs getting below,
WARNING 174 com.l7tech.server: Failed admin login for login 'aniket.karle'

Have anyone faced such issue? How to fix this issue?

Note: When we do a search for the user we can see that user in LDAP.

Did you assign a role to the ldap user? You can not login to policy manager as a user without having a role assigned

Correct, I didn't assign the role to ldap user. After assigning the role, I was able to login with LDAP user.
