Multiple gateways connecting to the same OTK and MAG database

Hi,

A client has 5 standalone gateways all external facing but requires that all gateways use the same OAuth and MAG resources across all 5.
From an implementation standpoint - do they install the OTK and MAG solution kits on every gateway and just have the jdbc connections pointing to the same databases. 

Any thoughts on a better approach to meet this requirement?

Hi Eunice,

You would need to install the solution kit on each node and point to the DB as you noted. However, please be aware that having five active servers pointing to the same databases can have a negative impact. If all environments are under heavy load it has the potential to create a tremendous amount of traffic and tokens.
