    we are trying to configure Oracle JDBC datasource from Jasper Report Server connection. We are getting below error.

    ava.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection.logon
    I have put the OJDBC6 jar under Tomcat/lib folder and configure the default_masters.properties and server.xml als.
    can anyone help here. Even we have tried with tibco jdbc driver but no success.

    Hello Biswajit,

    Looking at your screenshot I do not believe this is for API gateway Management and you may be in the wrong discussion board.  This looks like it may be for IDM, I will try and see if I can get this moved over,  but you may want to recreate this in the right discussion group.
