  • 1.  Unable to setup portal in Lab environment

    I am doing training on CA developer portal 4.2 foundation. I am doing portal setup and creating tenant using command sudo ./create-tenant.sh and I am getting below error message:

    There was an error while creating a tenant. Please check your connections to the servers and/or your json payload.

    Also when I open VADServer and try to login policy manager, I am unable to login it. Please help here too.

    Do you have a dns entry pointing to the following DNS or a host entry

    apim.domainName  apim-ssg.domainName analytics.domainName broker.domainName enroll.domainName sso.domainName sync.domainName 

    pointing to the server on which portal is installed?



    **domainName is the name you use to register e.g. coastal.casa.za
