    Hello Everyone,

    I tried to enroll the Portal on CA API Gateway via: Tasks -> Extensions and Add-Ons, Enroll with Portal
    The version of Portal is 4.2 which is on prem and I am trying to connect API Gateway 9.4 which is on cloud

    But I am facing an error as below, so please help me in getting resolve:

    Hi Praty,

    Did you have network connectivity from the gateway to the portal? You may need to allow traffic on your firewall between your tenant Gateway and API Portal. You must open an outbound connection to this port because of traffic multiplexes into port 9443.
