We have a JBoss Portal server (4.3.0)application where the user is validated in the portal server via siteminder agent and server.
But we are getting intermittent 401 Unauthorized error in QA environment and on the logs it shows -

Can anyone throw some light what is the possible cause?
Our siteminder agent is connected to 2 policy servers- when its trying to connect to one , its success, but when its trying to connect to the other its failing.
