• Customisation for the lifetime of the tokens is possible, but for one project.

     Q - How do you configure the lifetime of a token for more than one project?

Look for policy fragment 
OTK Token Lifetime configuration Encapsulation
And Open
#OTK Token Lifetime configuration
An you can change parameter like at_token_lifetime this will apply it globally

Other way to do it is use wildcard search in you #OTK Token lifetime configuration e.g. if client name start with "ABC" then apply this lifetime rule
