Disabling TLS1.0 on API Gateway 8.4

According to How to Disable TLS 1.0 in the CA API Gateway and E - CA Knowledge, it appears I need to reboot the node for the settings to take effect.  However, I am not using ESM, and currently on API Gateway 8.4 (OVA).  Do I need steps 10 through 13, specifically node reboot?   

 

I just changed the listen port properties, and it appears to take effect without rebooting.

Rebooting is only for ESM. Once you hit OK on the specific listen port the change will take affect.

Using the 9.4 version of the policy Manager. using the distribution instead of policy manager installation. Unable to find  Policy Manager.ini in the folder. Please help.

Thanks, Chris!  It would be good to mention in the KB that steps 10 through 13 only apply to ESM for noobs like me.
