Navigating new Communities

​Is there a guide or screenshot as to how to navigate the new communities as its a bit of a nightmare just now. Trying to filter so only posts relevant to $U in English but cannot do this as One Automation, French and English post all mixed up into 1 community.

Its been a couple of months now since the migration and its all still muddled. Just want to be able to create a post int he right location but that is now difficult.
