Request Output 2 different outcome_ XML with ALL data but RTF with NO data

    Has anyone seen this before? 

    There are 2 request outputs in Automic, #002 is in XML format and #003 is in RTF format

     

     

     

    The output of XML format has ALL the data

     

    But the output of the RTF format has ZERO data



    This is weird. 



    Any ideas?
