    Hello experts,

Recently, database EVENT job which triggers for every 3 mins got stuck at Resolving variables issue and it didn't trigger the JOBP which it is supposed to be.
    : set &run_id# = ACTIVATE_UC_OBJECT(JOBP.SAMPLE,,,,,,QUEUE.SAMPLE,,,,,)

Do you have any suggestions to create alerts when the EVENT JOB gets stuck?

    Hello Poornima,

    What monitoring\alert do you?
    • Processes stuck on Resolving variables for n minutes?
    • Child Event (!EVNT) is in past time with activated task in Y state?
    • Child event completed but Event next check is in past?

    Regards,
    Rohit

I would build another workflow to run at the time you would consider this event to be late.  It can use a precondition rule to check and see if the EVENT has completed on time or not, and if it has not completed, then send an alert.
