Automic RA Oracle Retail Agent upgrade

    Hi Team,

        We have completed Automic engine upgrade from V10 to V12.  Now we started to upgrade the agents. We are able to upgrade the 

    Unix agents to 12 version and it is running fine.  We are facing issue when we upgrade the RA OracleRetail-Agent to V12.

    The agents are automatically getting down, when we start the agents with below error.

    20190809/035724.507 - U02013310 Failed to load RA Agent.

    PFA for the RA oracle retail agent details.

    Note:

       When i checked the some document it says we need to run the DB Load utility to load the oracle retail jar files.

    I also tried to run the below command. But this is not running.  Kindly advice.

    java -jar ucybdbld.jar -B -X/uacdan/oracle/Automic/Agents/OracleRetail/bin/ucxjcitx.jar
