  • 1.  Changing DNA file server names and path

    Are there any tips at changing the drive mappings on automic for dna? I set up a new file server for our 2nd test system, but dna still tries to call the files from the old one. according to my doc, the ​watchstart.bat has the mapping stuff in it, and that has been updated on the master and 2 agent servers, and on both agents the prefix.dnap.bat has updated oracle SID info, but automic still tries to use the old paths and one test job tried to use the old SID still, and all servers have been rebooted. any advice would be appreciated.

    Did you also update your Libraries in Applications Manager?

    ​it ended up being 2 things, it was still holding the drive mappings so that had to be cleared by force purging them and there was a server name inside the automic oracle db that needed updated. then it was all good to go.
