  • 1.  Job run stuck "Running" even after Job Event deleted

    We've got a Job Run that's stuck in "Running". Attempting to abort it, we get a "related object could not be found" error.

    The Job Event has been deleted. I can't see anything referring to it using uxlst.

    Any help? I've got other jobs depending on it being completed, and I can cancel/force complete/delete it :(

    For further reference, I'm running the below (no wildcard) commands and getting no results. Trying with wildcards doesn't help and dropping out NUPR is showing me the other job events/job runs for the UPROC:

    uxlst EVT SES=DMK_LTR_SESSION NUPR=1597968 MU=PROD_CCB_MDM UPR=DMK_LTR_RUN_CR341
    uxlst ctl full SES=DMK_LTR_SESSION NUPR=1597968 MU=PROD_CCB_MDM UPR=DMK_LTR_RUN_CR341

    Hello Patrick,
    unfortunately, there is a record in the u_fmsb60.dta file.
    For the time being, there is no option other than reinitializing the file which causes some impact.
    I would suggest you to open a case with Support so that we can see which procedure would fit best for you.
