    Dear Community,

    I just saw that other job schedulers are warning to Upgrade to Oracle 12 R1 because of performance issues with CLOBs.
    It seems that SecureFiles of Oracle 12 R1 are ignoring the setting to store CLOBS "in-row" when using SecureFiles and always store them out-of-row resulting in a 10 times slower performance.

    From Automic Perspective, are there any known issues regarding this? 
    Are there any recommended methods/metrics to compare two environments with each other?
