The simple answer is "no." The annual eLearning credits in your Support Maintenance contract (2--Silver, 5--Gold, 10--Platinum) are intended to give your organization access to introductory courses through Web-Based Training. They cannot be transferred to any other activity or training.
The CA World website discusses "Training Credits" that can be applied to CA World training. These "Training Credits" are unrelated to your eLearning credits in your Support contract. In the integration and merger activities, sometimes terminology and processes can get mixed up--this is one of those times. Sorry for the inconvenience.
